It's a game. It's pixels. You can't be afraid of pixels in the game. Take a ship, a couple of friends and go to null, or to low, you don't have to move all your staff there.

I'm not disappointed. Dust got alot of new staff, but dust is linked to EVE so generally if dust get new staff so do we. And it's hard to speak about how Odyssey changes affect EVE because it's not installed yet. We'll see.
